Hp Pavilion 15-272wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My laptop was working fine a day ago I got a new charger and then deleted some games off of my computer to free up memory

Then I go to use it yesterday morning and I noticed it never turned off even though I closed it

It was already on Recovery manager  and seem to be looping back into it every time I tried to restart my P.C.

It only gives me two options to “Troubleshoot”  or “Turn off P.C.”

When I try to troubleshoot it no longer provides me with the option to Reset and when I open the recovery manger it doesn’t display any options under “Help”

I tried running test and it still loads into recovery manager and will not let me uninstall updates or backup any files

It just gives me the option to reboot or shutdown.

Hi:

Restart the PC.

Press/tap the ESC key right away.

Select the F2 diagnostics option, run the hard drive test and see what it reports.
