Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Whenever I try to on from shutdown, my laptop gets turn on and off automatically for more than 10 times, after that it may work properly or it will run diagnostics and shows a blue screen for auto repair.. what are the causes for this issue. How to fix this issue?
