Product: Hp pro book
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I tryed to open my laptop after it was off but it failed after one second and shut down but ever since it keeps trying to open and fails again and agian

What specifically is happening when it "fails" -- what is on the screen? How far does it get into the boot process?  How old is the laptop? How long has this been happening?
