Your hard drive has failed. You need a new one.

If you have files that you need on the failed hard drive, you will need to remove the hard drive and attach it using a SATA to USB adapter to a working PC.

While it is very likely that @ieee488 is right and that your drive has failed, if your PC is new enough to support UEFI, you can use these steps to test the hard drive: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00439024

Please report back what that tells you.
