Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15m-ee0013dx

My hp envy x360 model 15m-ee0013dx, im having problems with my sign-in options. The PIN and the fingerprint tab says this option is currently unavailable and im really wanting to get it fixed!

It does not have those options to use Windows Hello to sign in. You have to use normal Windows login using PIN or password

it has the finger sensor thats right beside my space bar and it was working but then i got the windows 11 update and now its not
