Turn on the computer by holding the power button down for 20 full seconds then release. Press the Power button one more time (if necessary) to start the computer and  then repeatedly press the F10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu.

 

When you get into the BIOS setup, go to the date and time and set them to your local time.  Be sure to save setting before you exit the BIOS setup.

 

The above applies to windows.  if using Linux I recall you must use GMT time instead of local time.

If you are dual booting windows and Linux then you are going to have a problem,.
