My laptop won’t turn on & charging light stays white when dis/connected

The light that indicates that my laptop is charging or if it’s about to die is white when the charger is connected and disconnected. The power button on the side also doesn’t glow when I try to turn it on. I’ve tried pressing and holding it for 15 seconds and I’ve tried pressing and holding the Windows key + B and the power button. Nothing works.

This is a Hardware issue. Please contact HP Support for Service Options

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
