Product: HP 14-dq1000 Laptop PC series

My laptop won’t turn on and the charging port light when plugged in flashes orange and white. What’s wrong and how do I fix it?

That flashing light means the battery is really low and is being charged, but if it is too low, the laptop is not going to start, even with a charger connected.

 

All you can do right now is continue to let it charge for a few hours and see if it comes on then.
