Hi I I bought my laptop a couple months ago its the HP 15s-eq2510sa 15.6" Laptop - AMD Ryzen 7, 512 GB.

The laptop just won't turn on please help.

I see that your HP 15s-eq2510sa 15.6" Laptop does not power on.


I suggest that you follow the steps listed below to perform a hard reset on the unit.
1> Turn off the laptop, disconnect the power adapter.
2> Press and hold the F6 and power button for 20 seconds.
3> Then connect the power cable back and try turning on the laptop.

I tried hard rest, I also tried windows + B and then power button, windows + v + power button basically everything already suggested on the support page on the site.

 

I have no idea why this is happening to a laptop I bought 3 months ago and have barely used.

As you have already tried the troubleshooting steps, this could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair.
