Hi, my laptop has been having a problem where my cursor starts flickering and then all of the programs that I have running start flashing “not responding” very fast, it takes ages to even close the programs when I click on the red x button, I have fully reinstalled windows 10 and windows 11 to see if it was a problem with the OS and that didn’t do anything, I have tried factory resetting the laptop and that only worked for 24 to 48 hours then I started having the problem again, i have also contacted Microsoft support and they told me to ask for help here. I recently installed new 2x8GB DDR4 SODIMM ram sticks and I made sure that they were fully compatible with my laptop so I don’t think that that is the problem, I have tried everything that I can think of to fix this issue with my laptop, could there be a BIOS update or something like that? I can’t afford to buy another laptop so I need to get my current laptop working again! Any help is very appreciated! Thank you!
