- My machine has not fingerprint sensor .

My machine model is hp G3 , core i5 , 6th gen . Also my friend has the same model laptop . But the problem is that , my friend has fingerprint sensor but I have not fingerprint sensor . The model is totally same . So , why actually it is happening?

One model in a series can have different options than another model in that series.
That means,
Computer model A in a series comes with the fingerprint reader
Computer model B in that same series does not come with the fingerprint reader.
HP G3 is not a computer model.
Look up your exact model or the series.
Enter the type and name of your HP device
Or
Use the Product Number
Finding your Product Name, Product Number, or Serial Number
Reminder: Never post the serial number or any private information in the Community – we are a public resource.
Next:
- Open the device home page
- Select / Open Category Manuals
- Look for and Open the user - or better - the Service guide.
- Open the guide and Read the sections that include the information on what is included in the series.
The information might be available in your computer's Specifications.
Open Category Product Information > Topic Specifications
