Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop mouse has disappeared and/or disabled. I have performed a full system restore and everything is fine except for no mouse/cursor.

I have attempted/followed all online tutorials and information and still no joy. Mouse pointers option is not in my device management list and when i open the ho tech center i cannot click on any of the options using arrow keys either.

How do i get my mouse back?

Hello @Stoo17

What is your HP product model and the product number (p/n) ? Can you look at this article and post back your information >> https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824

Do not post serial number (s/n), though

Do you know your Windows 10 version ? Is it 1909 (latest) ? You can understand this by clicking on Start and typing/running winver
