When I turn on  shows a blue screen with a message that says Please install a operating system on your hard disk.  Hard Disk <3F0>

Battery could have run down while in storage.


Tap the ESC key after powering on to run diagnostics.  Press F2 for diagnostics.

If memory and disk pass then

 

Enter BIOS and set the default.  It may be the F9 function key.  Set the correct date then  Press F10, and save setup when you exit.

 

System should boot into the windows setup if brand new.  if still have 3F0 then return for exchange or refund.
