Product: HP 17 Laptop PC 17-cp1000 IDS Base Model

My new Laptop is very slow to respond to the click of the mouse. My internet speed is very fast, 334 Mbps just now but when I click on a new tab or try to click between several open tabs if can be very slow to move from one to another or to open a new one.  Like 3 -5 seconds and same even when trying to X out of an open tab.  The graphics are very slow to return.  Any suggestions?  I have called several times and they blame it on Google so I switched to Edge, which I hate and It has not helped at all.  I have a Dell also and it does not have that problem and Google works just fine.  I am ready to send the  HP back.
