Product: Pavilion 14

Black screen is showing and everything is gone . But power button works charging adapter also working good. Screen is not showing anything.

What can I do ? What I have to do?

Hi,

First, try performing a power reset and see if it helps. Basically, turn off the PC by holding the power button. remove all power and peripherals and press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds.

Do you see the HP logo when you start the PC? Try performing HP diagnostics at boot.

Turn off the PC by holding the power button. Turn on PC and repeatedly keep pressing ESC until the startup menu appears and then press F2 to enter diagnostics. Try the fast test, or at least the hard drive test.

See if there are any hardware errors.

 

If you attach the notebook to an external monitor/TV do you see an image?
