Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I used dell recovery media in my hp notebook. iTs working fine, but not showing hdd storage and the cursor is not working properly. I need to go back to hp os what should i do now? do authorised service centers provide help for this?

Yes, Hp authorized service centers can take care of it for a fee, however, you can check the information in the following link which is in Spanish, but you can translate it with an online translator:
