Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hai! Can any one can help me to fix my laptop? It's stuck on boot screen with freeze circle, i've update BIOS, still stuck, try to boot on recovery mode, till boot into usb for reinstall windows still stuck on freeze circle. See the picture.
