@Korba1, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
If your HP PC is stuck on the HP logo during startup, you can try the following steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
Perform a Hard Reset:
- Disconnect all peripheral devices and remove the power cord from the PC.
- Press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord and any necessary peripherals, then restart the PC.
Access Windows Recovery Environment:
- Turn on your computer and immediately press the F11 key repeatedly until the Choose an option startup screen displays.
- Select Troubleshoot, then choose Reset this PC.
Recovery Options:
- If you have files you want to keep, select Keep my files. This will reset Windows but retain your personal files.
- If you don’t need to keep any files, select Remove everything to return the computer to its factory state.
Reinstall Windows:
- If the recovery options do not resolve the issue, you may need to reinstall Windows using installation media or recovery discs.
