Hi @HC-13,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
- Make sure the printer is turned on. Check that the power light on the printer control panel is lit. If it's not, press the power button to turn it on.
Check the Wireless Connection
- Verify that the wireless light on the printer control panel is solid blue, indicating the printer is connected to a wireless network. If the light is off or blinking, there might be a connectivity issue.
- Solid blue: Connected to a network.
- Blinking slowly: Not connected to a network.
- Blinking quickly: Wireless error.
Reconnect to the Network
- If the wireless feature is turned on but not configured, you may need to reconnect the printer to your network. Use the Wireless Setup Wizard on the printer control panel to do so by accessing the wireless menu.
Restart Network Devices
- Try restarting your printer, router, and computer to refresh network settings.
Use the HP Smart App
- Open the HP Smart app on your device, and add the printer again.
Check the Printer IP Address
- Use the printer's control panel to print a network configuration page. Confirm the printer IP address matches the IP on your computer or device settings.
I hope this helps.
