Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
He was resetting back to factory. Now it is just a blank screen or says no boot device found

Hi Pat,
Not to worry.. The error msg demands us to do a couple of tests..
1) Turn the computer off. As you turn back on immediately start tapping on F2 key (TAP TAP TAP...)... you will find the options like... choose a language, system test etc
Choose Component test and under that choose hard drive...quick test ...run once
If the above test passes then we need to do the next test.,.. otherwise it is a hardware issue...call HP Tech support..@ 1-800-474-6836
2) Turn the computer off.. While turning it on keep tapping on F2... Will get options like Continue,troubleshoot...etc...
Choose troubleshoot..then recovery manager,..then ... System recovery..m
Now please follow the steps on the screen and it will reinstall the Windows...
Please let me know the status😊

Better try to reinstall windows 10 using DVD Option, you will find the stuff in the following link.
