HP ENVY x360 - 15-aq267cl
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I'm not a computer genie by any means. But my son downloaded some games and other **bleep** in the school laptop and now it's fried. It makes a popcorn sound from what I think it's a disk. Then now it won't turn on. So I pocked around, got it to turn on, and came across an error code FAILURE ID : 64KU2F-932B11-GXGJ21-60ST03 PRODUCT ID : 1KS76UA#ABA HARD DRIVE 1

I found this on a HARD DRIVE EXTENSIVE TEST.

Can anyone help please? Email me at [Personal Information Removed] thanks in advanse

@Ottomon13

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

I understand that your HP notebook is not working correctly. I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. Furthermore, I did decode the failure ID and it refers to the Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure. In order to fix this issue, the computer needs to be repaired or the hard drive replacement.

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: https://www.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/ww-phone-assist.html

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
