Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My Hp BY-3613-DX is not working and doesn't even show up when I pull out the USB Mouse, My device shows the old drivers back before the unit was built and the Windows 11 update fails. I get an error message Hewlett-packard-USB -02/17/2017 /12:00 AM- 441.24021741/ Install Error 0x80070103.
