Hi @Paras88,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your Windows 8 Pro license has expired, it may prevent you from accessing certain features, including the Windows Store. However, there are a few things you can try to resolve this issue.
- Check for updates: Make sure your Windows 8 Pro operating system is up to date. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for any available updates. Install any updates and restart your computer.
- Reset the Windows Store cache: Sometimes resetting the Windows Store cache can help fix issues with the app. Open the Command Prompt as an administrator and type in the following command: "wsreset.exe" without quotes. This will reset the Windows Store cache.
- Reinstall the Windows Store: If resetting the Windows Store cache doesn't work, you can try reinstalling the app. Open the Command Prompt as an administrator and type in the following command: "Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}" without quotes. This will reinstall the Windows Store app.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
