Welcome to the HP Community Forum.
HPSA does not always get the BIOS information right.
This time, yes -- at this writing, it appears the current version is F70 Rev.A.
Open
HP Notebook - 15-bs007nx - HP Notebook System BIOS Update (Intel Processors)
The Revision History data does not go back as far as F21.
Even given that the update is correct, you'd not be able to make a jump from the very old version to the newest version of the BIOS.
You might be able to update incrementally - perhaps from F21 to the oldest listed version F.32 Rev.A
From F21, jump to F.32 Rev.A -- Check, repeat jumping a little ways forward.
Worth doing?
Maybe - I'd think long and hard before bumping a system that is that far out of date and trying to force it into the present.
That said, I am not the supreme adviser on BIOS updates for your system and your situation.
