Hi:
You need these drivers...

This package contains the driver installation package for theRalink Bluetooth in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp65001-65500/sp65178.exe
Ethernet:
This package provides the Realtek Local Area Network (LAN) Driverthat enables the Realtek Network Interface Card (NIC) Chip insupported notebook models that are running a supported operatingsystem.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp65001-65500/sp65083.exe
PCI Dev:
This package contains the driver that enables the Realtek Card Reader in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The card reader enables users to read from or write to supported removable storage cards, which are typicallyused in digital cameras, digital music players, and cellular phones.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp67001-67500/sp67016.exe
The unknown device probably needs this driver...
This package provides the HP 3D Driveguard Software (HP ProtectSmart Hard Drive Protection) for supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The HP 3D Driveguard Software protects the hard drive by parking the heads if the notebook is accidentally dropped, or is abruptly impacted by another object.

Hi:
Please post the hardware ID's for the Unknown Device.
Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID...
https://www.howtogeek.com/193798/how-to-find-drivers-for-unknown-devices-in-the-device-manager/
For the PCI device, use the card reader driver directly from Realtek.
Download, unzip and run the setup application from the 1st file listed at the link below...
I can give you a newer bluetooth driver, but that is all I would be able to do regarding the file transfer not working.
I have no experience troubleshooting bluetooth networking problems...
