Thank you for following the instructions.
OK,
I think I found the problem .
Yes, you do not have too many apps installed but those you have installed could create this feeling of being slow.
You have Skype, OneDrive, DropBox, iCloud, Office 365/Office 2016 - these are all considered medium when it comes to PC resource intensive *but* are all network-related (Cloud) apps that rely heavily on network. Networking is a high priority for the operating systems (including Windows), they take your CPU and network resources + all are read/write intensive on the slower 5400 RPM disk. Network + the HDD can create this feeling... Additionally - you have Windows 10 - Windows 10 is unofficially Microsoft's first prototype of Cloud operating system - it consumes lots of network resouces, updates itself automatically, has "telemetry", etc... ...
Here is what you can do to improve the situation:
1. Visit Contol Panel > Programs and features. Find and uninstall:
- HP Support Assistant
- HP Support Solutions Framework
This is part of the HPSA and you may not need it - useful but not mandatory software. You can update your computer using different methods like these:
and
> https://www.howtogeek.com/98465/htg-explains-when-do-you-need-to-update-your-drivers/
2. Using File Explorer (My Computer), goto c:\windows\temp\ folder
Erase everything inside, including this file > 0010621488256563mcinst.exe (file is a leftover from McAfee).
Do not delete the folder itself, just the files inside.
3. I also suggest you start Autoruns the same way you did it the previous time.
Leave it complete its short scan and carefully look at the results.
Find all these and *uncheck* them (empty box) all - some may no longer be present

Note : unchecking these elements does not delete them. It just disables them and prevents them from auto-starting with your PC. You will need to manually start them (basically, the majority of this is OneDrive, Skype, Google, iCloud, Dropbox). By starting them manually post-PC start up (not along with Windows), you can see how resource intensive they are in real-time.
Hope this helps.

By now, it should have run Windows Update, several times, to download & install all the security-fixes from the date that Windows was loaded onto the disk-drive, up to today's date. While doing that, Windows can be "slow".
Are you running it solely on "battery" power? Some laptops deliberately slow down, to extend the battery.
Google-search for "download free SPECCY".
Download, install, and run it.
Expand the 'Storage' section, and look at the 'SMART' disk-drive self-analysis.
Also, expand the 'CPU' section, to see the "actual" (not the "advertised") speed of your i7 processor.
Tell us what you see.
How fast is your Internet connection?
03-10-2017 10:25 PM
Most of my jobs are offline-Though i am connected to internet. The slowing down not a single day problem- The day since i brought its slow.
I am always on charging mode by the way.
Let me try the SPECCY and my internet connection has nothing to do with the speed cos most of the job i ma doing is offline.
thanks for your kind reply and is there any other points by the way..?

Hi @BOBCATLIVE
Welcome to the HP Support forum.
With regards to the hardware part - your HDD is 5400 RPM which is slow by design BUT all other componets of your PC's hardware are top-notch so it should not be too slow.
I will post now some steps you can try to optimize your PC and make it faster
Perform some basic hardware checks
1. Please, shutdown/turn off the computer
2. Power it back on.
2.1 As soon as you press the power-on button, even before the HP logo appears, immediately begin hitting the Esc button (like tap-tap-tap).
This should open a HP Startup Menu which may look similar to this one
3. Choose F2 to open System Diagnostics. Follow the on-screen instructions to perform System Test >> Quick test.
This will check major hardware componets for issue (do it just in case) . Here is more info >> http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03467259#AbT1
If there are no system checks/no quick tests, perform HDD and RAM check.
Let me know the test results.
Back to Windows:
1. Your computer comes with McAfee preinstalled. I am not sure if this is still present on your PC ... In all cases, remove it as it is known to slow down PCs are certain fimes.
You can uninstall it from Control Panel > Programs and features
and then you have to run this tool >> http://us.mcafee.com/apps/supporttools/mcpr/mcpr.asp
Generally speaking I strongly recommend you uninstall any 3rd party security product (AV, firewall, etc...) and leave only the built-in Windows Defender/Windows Firewall running (do this at least temporary as a part of the troubleshooting process).
2. Optimize
- defragment your Hard Disk Drive > https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/8933-optimize-defrag-drives-windows-10-a.html
- run Disk Clean Up - cleanmgr.exe > https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/3012-disk-cleanup-open-use-windows-10-a.html
3. Download and run CCLeaner (from Piriform) with the extra options checked. Here are instructions
>> http://www.howtogeek.com/113382/how-to-use-ccleaner-like-a-pro-9-tips-tricks/
>> http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download/portable
4. Run the free ESET Online Scanner >> http://download.eset.com/special/eos/esetonlinescanner_enu.exe
Scan your PC for viruses, threats and unwanted/unsafe applications - remove if anything found.
5. Uninstall any programs you definitely do not use but you think might be a bit high on resources. You can uninstall them from Control Panel > Programs and features
6. Extra articles you can read to optimize your PC
>> https://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/37511-optimize-performance-windows-8-a.html
Some ideas there might be overkill (too much).
Also, read the official HP article abour such problems > http://hp.dezide.com/ts/start.jsp?guide=SlowComputerPerformance.net&as=true§ion=social
(Follow the appropriate steps in the interactive guide, like "Slow performance in general")
Let me know if you did perform all of the steps above (it will definitely take time) and post back when ready. Provide details.
I am looking forward to your feedback and reply. 🙂

there are some changes in the speed but not considerable.
I have bought the latest model from HP, but not known about the so called 5400 RPM. Looks like cheated by the dealer.
Hoa...is ther any possibility to change the HDD with more speed. Please advice.
Meantime i removed Macafee and enabled Win-defender.
Please update
03-11-2017 02:40 AM
Hello,
With regards to the speed, YES, you could replace it with an SSD (or HDD 7200 RPM).
SSDs are way faster, more repliable and lighter. More info on SSDs:
>> http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2404258,00.asp
After replacing the HDD with an SSD, it is recommended that you create a full image of your entire HDD at the moment and then use this image file to return everything on the SSD.
You can use the built-in Windows function > https://www.howtogeek.com/howto/4241/how-to-create-a-system-image-in-windows-7/
or
use Clonezilla > http://clonezilla.org/show-live-doc-content.php?topic=clonezilla-live/doc/01_Save_disk_image
Also, if you decide to go this route, make sure your Windows 10 is updated to the latest AU version and that you use Windows Microsoft account. This way you can avoid activation issues should it happen so that Windows 10 decides to go de-activated after you migrate to SSD. More information can be found here > http://www.windowscentral.com/how-re-activate-windows-10-after-hardware-change

Did you perform really *all* of the stuff mentioned above ?
Is it really that slow still ?
Can you give me some logs so that I see what is running on your PC ?
Download Autoruns (from Microsoft) from this URL => http://live.sysinternals.com/autoruns.exe
Information about the product => http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963902.aspx
- Save the file on your Desktop
- Run Microsoft Autoruns with Administrator rights (right click -> Run as Administrator).
Agree with the standard license agreement from Microsoft.
- Once Autoruns is started, it will need some seconds (could be a minute) to gather the snapshot, wait for it.
Once it is ready, you will see the word Ready in the lower left side.
- Click on Options
Make sure that only the following are selected:
- Hide Empty Locations
- Hide Windows Entries
- Click on Rescan button or click on File -> Refresh to rescan the system.
It will need some seconds (could be a minute) to gather the snapshot, wait for it.
Once it is ready, you will see the word Ready in the lower left side.
- Finally, click on File -> Save
Save the snapshot on the desktop in .TXT file
Open the newly created TXT log file.
Mark and Select all of the text (e.g. CTR+A), copy it and
visit http://pastebin.com/ to paste it there
Create new paste and give me the URL to see the log file.
==========================
Also download Trend Micro's HiJackThis app:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/hjt/
Save and run the exe file.
HiJackThis app - in the Main screen , choose "Open the Misc tools section".
Choose "Open Uninstall Manager" button. Choose "Save list" button and specify where you would like to save this log. When you press Save button a notepad will open with the contents of that file.
Copy and paste all the info and place it your next reply
You can now close HiJackThis and delete it.
Looking forward to your reply.
