HP Notebook - 15-ay039wm (ENERGY STAR)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I Have tried to reinstall Windows 10 and Windows 11 on my machine. It keeps reading No bootable device -- insert boot disk and press any key...

I loaded Windows 11 and 10 home iso 64 bit. And configured properly in BIOS.

It still doesn't work.

Hard drive and memory passed the tests in Hardware check.

???????? What do I do????????

You have to 'tell' the notebook to boot from a device other than the hard drive.

It will not boot from any other device automatically.

Assuming you made the W11/W10 USB installation flash drive with the Microsoft media creation tool, have the flash drive in your notebook's USB port.

If you downloaded the ISO file and copied and pasted it to a USB flash drive, the flash drive will not boot from the ISO file that way.

Turn on or restart the PC:

Immediately press the ESC key to get the menu of options.

Select the F9 boot options menu and from that select the USB flash drive and press the Enter key.

The PC should boot from the flash drive.
