Hi,
This usually indicates that the Hard Drive has failed. So, first, try performing HP hardware diagnostics at boot and see if the Hard Drive fails the test or if the system actually sees the drive. Let me know the result and we can proceed from there.
Turn off the PC by holding the power button. Turn on PC and continously keep pressing ESC until startup menu appears and then press F2 to enter diagnostics. Try the fast test, or at least the hard drive test.
See if there are any hardware errors.

Hp pc hardware diagnostic uefi passed but computer continues to say (“no bootable device — insert boot disk press any key “) when I press a key the message multiples...... just brought this pc in September barely used it I don’t understand how my hard drive could be corrupted
