I don’t know how to fix the problem. I have a HP ENVYx36 14 inch 2 in 1 PC 14-es0000 IDS Base model and I have no NETWORK DRIVERS. I have tried to download the drivers from HP and I have had no luck. WHAT DO I DO NOW? The Laptop to no more that a door stop. JNW

If the Wi-Fi adapter needs a driver, there will be a device listed in the device manager labeled as a Network Controller.
Find that device and post the hardware ID for it so I can figure out what driver it needs.
