Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I BOUGHT A NEW HP SMART TANK 675 LAST WEEK. I ALREADY REGISTER FOR THE INSTALLATION, MY CASE . STILL NO ONE IS CONTACTING ME FOR MY INSTALLATION QUERIES. TRY TO SATISFY THE CUSTOMER NEEDS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

@sabariparks, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand you are trying to setup the printer. However, no one from HP will come for the installation. You will have to install it yourself.

HP can only assist you with the installation process.

Were you told that a service technician will come and install it for you?  If yes, this is false information.
