@Sziszii007, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If you are receiving a "NON-HP Battery Detected" message on your HP 15s-eq1000 Laptop PC, it may indicate that the battery installed is not recognized by your system as an official HP battery. Here are some steps you can take to address this issue:

Check Battery Installation: Ensure that the battery is correctly installed in the laptop. Remove it and reseat it properly to confirm that it is making good contact.

Use Official HP Battery: If you are using a third-party battery, consider replacing it with an official HP battery that is compatible with your laptop model. This can prevent compatibility issues and ensure optimal performance.

Update Drivers and BIOS: Outdated drivers or BIOS can cause hardware compatibility messages. Visit the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads to check for the latest updates for your specific model.

Check for Errors with Diagnostics Tools: Use HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI tools to check for battery issues. This can often diagnose and troubleshoot any potential problems with hardware.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
