Hello my notebook has run into a ntfs file system I have a problem I c ant go to system recovery and automatic repair. i runned a test on my notebook then The Short DST Failed this is the ID: 6C0F99-6SD9LQ-MFPWWJ-60T203

Hello @DarkSlayer,

I‘m sorry, but the error code of your 

HP Pavilion TouchSmart 15-b119eo Sleekbook

is clear: the Hard Drive failed and must be replaced. 
To replace the Hard Drive follow the procedure described in the Maintenance and Service Guide   pages 47 - 49.

You could also replace the Hard Drive with a 2.5“ SATA SSD with a capacity up to 1TB.
