Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Unable to access my HP laptop . When I power up, I am taken to BitLocker Recovery

asking for the recovery key for this drive. I do not have the recovery key stored in my Microsoft account and I have confirmed it with Windows support personnel that the Manufacturer, HP holds my recovery key. All my apps are crashing and I am unable to enter my laptop. I am only able to reach System Restore which requires the recovery key held by you. I have my recovery ID which will help you find the key. Please provide me with the key urgently, I am unable to use the laptop without it.
