HP Notebook - 15-ay101nx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need to perform a full factory recovery to return my laptop to its original state (with all pre-installed HP apps and drivers) for school  What I Have Tried 1. Pressing F11 at startup (Does not work / Recovery partition is gone). 2. Using the built-in Windows Reset (It installs a clean Windows 10, but I need the HP-specific image). 3. The HP Cloud Recovery Tool (It says the image is 'unavailable' or 'invalid' when I use my Product ID)  "Since the Cloud Recovery Tool isn't working, what is the best way to get the official HP Recovery Media (USB or Disc Set) for my specific model, or is there an alternative vendor that sells the guaranteed-to-work image for the 15-ay101nx?"

Unfortunately, recovery media is no longer available for your notebook.

HP retires support for the cloud recovery tool once the PC reaches 5 years of age.

Your only option to install W10 would be to use the Microsoft media creation tool and create a W10 USB installation flash drive.

Download Windows 10

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the driver and available software from your notebook's support page.
