You can order recovery media for your notebook from HP at the link below.

 

This is the Windows 10 Home 'S' version.

 

Order software and driver media HP Stream - 11-ah117wm | HP® Customer Support

 

You can clean install the regular W10 Home version by making bootable installation media using the media creation tool from the link below.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from the link below.
