I have a HP Notebook model 15-ayd75nr. I bought it new and it came with Windows 10 installed. I need to repartition the hard drive and reinstall Windows 10. I don't have System Restore or other recovery media available, so a Clean Install is my only option. Can HP give me a Windows 10 install disk or .ISO image download and Activation Key, or at least the original Activation Key and I can get the install files elsewhere?

You can create a DVD from the following link

   https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

You won't need Windows 10 key, your machine will automatically activate once you are connected to the internet using the key embedded in BIOS of your machine.

Regards.

Thanks!  This is much better than Clean Windows Install because Drivers are included.  I have 2 HP computers and I'll make recovery USB drives for both of them.
