Need to order Windows installation disk. Don't recall if it included when the product was purchased.
The support numbers that I have to call are:
Can anyone confirm these are the correct contact numbers to order the disk?

You're very welcome.
Based on the test report you ran, the 32 GB eMMC flash storage drive has probably failed.
You would have to install a new motherboard to repair the problem.
Below is the link to the service manual.
Chapter 5 has the system board removal and replacement procedure.
Personally, I do not believe that is is worth fixing the problem.
However, if you want to replace the system board, the part number and description according to the parts list is:
832393-601 | MOTHERBOARD UMA Z8300 2GB 32GeMMC WIN |
I would try installing W10 by deleting every partition on the drive, leaving just one partition of unallocated space.
If W10 won't install, then there is nothing else you can do.
HP will charge you for support since your notebook is out of warranty, and you just got the info you need to decide how to proceed for free.

Hi, Ken:
Unfortunately, HP would no longer sell recovery media for your notebook since it is too old.
You have two options:
You can make your own W10 USB installation media for free with the media creation tool from the link below:
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
You will need to use another PC and an 8 GB USB flash drive to create the installation media.
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
HP Pavilion x2 - 10-n113dx (ENERGY STAR) Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Customer Support
You can order the original HP factory USB recovery media from this vendor at the link below:

Hi Paul,
I was successfully able to create the Windows Installation on USB but was unable to repair Windows start-up because of the following.
Install Windows:
Notice and License Terms (Accept)
Which Type Of Installation Do You Want?
1- Upgrade (Keep Files Settings Apps) - Upgrade option is not available if you start your computer using installation media.
2- Custom (Windows Only) - Advanced
Where do you want to install Windows?
Windows can not be installed on Drive 0 Partition 1(System), 2(MSR Reserved), 3(Primary) or 4(Recovery)
For each drive/partition there is option to Refresh, Load Driver, Delete, Format
But I did not try any of those. I just backed out and exited.
I was able to run the HP System Test and this was the result.
Storage Extensive Check Failed:
Failure ID GSPB 1iT-7RT9SM-MFGJMF-U0F503
I will contact HP Support and see what they recommend.
Thank you so mush for your support. I really appreciate that.
Good day.
