HP Pavilion 13-a010dx x360 Con
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I need a new replacement battery. My lap top often will not charge although it is plugged in and at other times will not even turn on unless it is plugged in. Also, when I turn it off, the screen will go off but the computer will continue running. I need to know what kind of battery I need  for my lap top so I can order it from HP. And also, is it possible to have a third part replace it? I went to the store where I originally bought my lap top and they said only HP can replace the battery for me. Again, the model is:

HP Pavilion 13-a010dx x360 Convertible PC

I would appreciate any help. Thank you very much!
