Hello,
I have an HP Envy x360 15-df0106ng convertible laptop, running Windows 10 version 22h2, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8565U - 8th generation 1.8GHz.
I downloaded the relevant driver from the HP website HERE, specifying my PC's specifications.
It offered me four drivers, only one of which would display a list of three useful drivers.
According to the small checked box at the bottom left of the photo (see attached photo 1),
there are three possible selections:
- Realtek PCIE CardReader ...
However, after testing the three drivers, I received a message (see photo 2,3,4), in which I was asked to ask my HP supplier for an updated driver.
So I'm contacting you because I need a specific, updated driver to reinstall Windows 10 on my HP laptop, which is no longer under warranty.
So any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
Note:
I'm telling you about a previous intervention:
Following a graphics card failure a month ago, I swapped the original motherboard for another one. The old motherboard was referenced: DAOX38MBAFO-Rev.F, FOR a new motherboard: DAOX38MBAGO-Rev.G, which was recognized and allowed my computer to restart properly, and it worked properly...
I'm attaching a 500GB Internal SSD TEST: TEST SUCCESSFUL (PHOTO 5)
AND a TEST of the internal RAM: TEST SUCCESSFUL (PHOTO 6)

Hi:
Windows should not need any special drivers to install on a PC that has an Intel 8th generation core processor.
You are using Realtek SD card reader drivers when you should be using the Intel Rapid Storage driver--this file:

Good evening,
As I stated, I downloaded the four options offered on the HP website for my PC. I tested the file you attached and just retested it, and it doesn't work for my PC.
The only one of the four offered is:
Realtek Card Reader Driver (Windows 10 v1903), sp96875.exe, which triggers a response and requests an UPDATE...
Thank you for your follow-up.

You're very welcome.
You can try a newer version of the driver and see if that works:

Hi:
It probably means that even though the driver is newer, none of the SD card reader hardware ID's that driver contains support for, matches the hardware ID for the specific Realtek SD card reader your notebook comes with.
So, it would be a matter of trial and error to find a driver (if one exists) that is newer but still has support for your notebook's Realtek SD card reader.
None of the newer files I have found contain the RtsCrExt.inf file in your screenshot.
They just have the RtsPer.inf file.
This file number is different than the one I gave you earlier.
10.0.19041.21335
Unfortunately, I don't believe that I will be able to help you with this problem.

The product specs for the notebook indicate that it comes with a 512 GB NVMe SSD.
If you installed a PCIe Gen 3.0 or PCIe Gen 4.0 SSD it should have worked.
The only difference is since your notebook's M.2 slot is only PCIe Gen 3.0, a Gen 4.0 will not run at its maximum advertised read/write speeds from the Gen 3 slot.
So, when you install the Intel Rapid storage controller drivers, you get nothing?
This is the latest IRST driver for your notebook's chipset:
Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver

As I indicated in my first reply, this should not be happening so I don't know what to do to fix it.

On the MOTHERCARD change with the revision index F which becomes G ??
the M2 location is identical and with the same technical characteristics at the PCI level???
