Hi @Lily_Sophia,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Chromebooks typically do not require traditional drivers for Bluetooth because they run on Chrome OS, which includes the necessary drivers by default.
Here are a few steps you can try.
Check for OS Updates:
- Sometimes, missing or malfunctioning hardware support can be resolved by ensuring your Chromebook is up to date.
- Go to Settings > About Chrome OS > Check for updates.
Verify Bluetooth Status:
- Go to Settings > Bluetooth to check if your Chromebook recognizes any Bluetooth devices.
- If Bluetooth isn't appearing, it might be a problem with the Chromebook's hardware or an OS bug.
Reset the Chromebook:
- Perform a reset by going to Settings > Advanced > Reset settings > Powerwash. This can resolve issues caused by corrupted system files.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
