Hello. I'd like to start by saying that HP has made it needlessly complicated to download drivers for retired products. This is very frusturating for someone like myself who works on many different computers. If there is an easy method for doing this, I would love to know about it.
Anyway, I want to update BIOS and my current BIOS Version is F.22 running Windows 10 64- bit
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

I didn't have any problem finding the driver page for the notebook.
HP 2000-2201TU Notebook PC Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support
It was never supported by HP for W10, so the only drivers available for download are for W8/81.
Since the BIOS update (the last one being F.39), was written to be run using Windows 8, update the BIOS using W10 at your own risk.
