Hi! My dad uses an AIO HP Touchsmart from the early 2010s and does not want to get rid of it. A technician did a clean Windows 10 install and used generic drivers, now the speaker has really low volume. I reached out to HP and they told me that they no longer have the drivers and every website that has it listed is really sketchy or requires login. The specific audio driver I need is the sp59416.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

@hakiyu,

You can download sp59416 from this HP link.

Hi, @hakiyu

Since the PC is running W10, the W7/W8 drivers generally will not work.

Normally this W10 driver from a newer model all in one PC will work on the Touchsmart AIO model series.

@hakiyu

The readme file shows that sp59416 is for W8. Try it first, and if W10 doesn't support it, you can use the other driver.
