I accidentally erased the hard drive on hp stream, I mean completely erased it... since there's no recovery file now is there away you guys could send me a Bootable file? Or remote connect too notebook to install OS?

Unfortunately, that would be impossible.

 

Use another PC and make your own bootable USB installation flash drive with the Microsoft media creation tool from the link below:

 

Download Windows 10
