Product: Mini 210-2072CL
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

We forgot the password to log into our HP Mini 210-2072CL. We tried every possibly combination r/t to our password hint, but no luck, and we don't have the disk required to reset it. The F11 key does not give us options to help with the password reset that I can tell and the reset master password shared in other threads did not work either. What are our options? TIA!

I have used both Ophcrack and OfflineNT with good results. Ophcrack is probably a little more user friendly for a novice. Pick one and then read the detailed review and guide for it. All instructions are included for each program on the individual Review pages.

Yes, all on the page are third party tools but very reliable as far as the 2 I have used for years.
