Need recovery media download link to run recovery off a USB stick..and NO the HP support find-it page for the product 4YM94UA simply says contact HP support.

HP withdraws support for the cloud recovery tool upon the PC having reached 5 years of age.

 

The only place I know of where you can get the original HP factory recovery image would be from this vendor at the link below.

You can also install W10 for free if you have another Windows PC to create a bootable W10 installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below:

 

Download Windows 10

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
