Can not find this exact product either for cloud download or order. Product 7G276UA#ABA says not available for cloud. There is no exact model for this in dropdown list for ordering

Order software and driver media HP Notebook - 14-dk0002dx | HP® Customer Support

 

Before shelling out $50 - $60 to HP for recovery media, you should be able to clean install W10 for free by making bootable installation media using the media creation tool from the link below.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from the support page at the link below.
