HP no longer sells recovery software for your notebook.

 

Your notebook came from HP with Windows 8 64 bit.

You can order the original Windows 8 recovery software from this vendor at the link below:

If you have another PC to make a bootable USB flash drive, I can give you a free way to clean install Windows 8.1.

 

If you had upgraded the PC to W10, you could reinstall W10 for free by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below:
