Need the FedEx account number to print a proof of delivery

Hi,

I recently ordered an HP recovery media kit. It was unformtunately delivered to the wrong person at my workplace. Now I need a detailed "Proof of Delivery" to dispute the issue with FedEx. But, in order to get that proof, the FedEx website is asking me for a "9-digit shipper or payer FedEx account number associated with this shipment".

Where can I get this information from as in this case, the shipper is HP and I'm the payer however all i did was fill up a form on the HP website and pay via a credit card. So how can I get this FedEx accont number?

The OP already ORDERED the Recovery Media.  They want the HP FedEx account number to track it, not to order it again.  As I already said, they have to contact HP Customer Support to get that information.
