Below is a screen shot of the error message that I receive when I try to install after downloading.

Error - 1605 This action is only valid for products that are currently installed.

I am running the downloaded install as the Administrator on my laptop.

Sorry that didn't work.

HP has removed all previous versions other than the one I posted, so the only other suggestion I can offer would be to try the version from this site:

Download HP Support Assistant Utility 7.0.39.15 for Windows 7, Windows 7 64 bit, Windows 8, Windows ...

It will download sp58915.exe

The only file left on the HP site is the info file for the above download:
