Hi My Serial Number is - [personal info removed] (Check it out please)

I just clean installed windows because of some glitch in windows 10 but after this it removed all the preinstalled hp drivers products  software i have installed them manually but now want to know will they be there after a normal windows 10 reset or will be removed if yes it will be removed so how to make them that hey will not remove

Hi:

 

If you want W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook, make a bootable USB recovery drive with the HP cloud recovery tool.

 

Here is an info link for how to use that utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this purpose.

With your current installation, you should have two options to reset windows under the recovery program.

 

Keep current settings, files and programs.

 

Wipe everything and reinstall windows.

Your notebook does not need to be registered or under warranty to use the cloud recovery tool.
